3-The central idea of the article that I am researching is how bad the situation of homeless people is in the United States in America. It is a very serious situation. The amount of people that are homeless is decreasing each year slightly but it is not enough to really help fix the problem.
4-Hawaii has one of the biggest populations of homeless people in the nation. I think they could help lower the population of homeless people by making them try to find jobs and not just let them live in a homeless shelter for extended periods of times.

3-AIDS is a very serious disease. It effects millions of people annually. The problem with AIDS is it does not really have a cure so once a person gets AIDS there is no way to really cure AIDS.

3-Because of opium. marijuana has been limited by governments. Just recently Colorado and Washington have made the use of Marijuana legal and this has sparked many controversies.
4-California made Marijuana legal for use in the medical fields. Washington and Colorado have just made it legal to consume Marijuana whenever people want to. Maybe eventually, Marijuana will be legal in all states?
5-Which states will legal marijuana next? Why are people opposed on Marijuana.
